Who we are and what we do…

AJ Social Care Recruitment Ltd initially provided temporary workers to the private and voluntary social care sector specialising in services supporting people with learning disabilities.

We successfully registered as a HomeCare Provider in 2005 and began providing support to individuals helping them maintain their independence and continue to live a fuller life.

Also operating as a specialist Social Care recruitment agency and as a direct service provider, we offer our services across the North of England. AJ Recruitment provides temporary and permanent solutions to customers for positions within Health and Social Care up to Senior Management level.
