You have worn many hats throughout your career in social care, what has been your most challenging role to date?”

“All of my roles have been challenging for different reasons, however in Social Care the common challenge is how to deliver a high quality service with diminishing budgets. I think this is where my experience in working in multiple roles in the sector helps.
