On the day, you will receive free training from Mike Walmsley. you will then compete for a job working with AJ Recruitment throughout a series of tasks and interviews. The winning entrants will go on to receive intensive one-on-one training from AJ Recruitment’s highly successful founder and Managing Director Jo Guy.

Professional Recruitment, in Permanent, Contracts and Temporary supply is a highly competitive and lucrative industry which can pay in excess of £100,000 to the best individuals. Recruitment
provides confident, motivated, ambitious and professionally-minded individuals the opportunity to earn £25-30K+ in Year 1, £50k – £100k in Year 2, but with uncapped commission the sky really is the limit.
